KiwiOn provides digital services including (but not limited to):
- Website design and development
- Hosting and domain services
- SEO and digital optimisation
- Maintenance and support
Service details, pricing, and timelines will be agreed in writing before work begins.
2. Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate and timely information
- Supply required content (text, images, approvals)
- Review work and provide feedback within agreed timelines
Delays caused by missing information may affect delivery timelines.
3. Payments
- All prices are quoted in NZD unless stated otherwise
- Payments must be made as per the agreed invoice terms
- Ongoing services may be billed monthly or annually
- Late payments may result in suspension of services
4. Intellectual property
- Ownership transfers to the client after full payment
- KiwiOn may showcase completed work in portfolios unless otherwise agreed
- Third-party licences (themes, plugins, fonts) remain subject to their original terms
5. Revisions & changes
Reasonable revisions are included as per the agreed scope. Additional changes or new features may incur extra charges.
6. Limitation of liability
KiwiOn is not liable for:
- Loss of profits, data, or business interruption
- Issues caused by third-party services (hosting, plugins, platforms)
- Client-supplied content errors or legal issues
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Any work completed up to the termination date must be paid for.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes will be handled under New Zealand jurisdiction.
9. Changes to terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of updated terms.
